After you’re enrolled, Medicare will send your red, white and blue Medicare card. It shows your Medicare Number, the coverage you have, and when it begins.

If you don’t already have Medicare, use this option to enroll in Medicare Part A and Part B through the Social Security Administration.

Already have Medicare Part A?
If you already have Part A but previously delayed or did not enroll in Part B, use this option to enroll in Part B only.
Your enrollment period and personal circumstances may affect when you can add Part B.
